New Ownership
Clearwater Tan and Spa, formerly Sun Kissed Beach Tans, is proud to be apart of the Villa Rica community. Owners Matt Ladd and Beverly Clements recently purchased the business the end of August 2020. The excitement is in the air and they have already began making upgrades to the business. In the upcoming months new services will be added as well as upgrades on beds.
